Custom-made items, sensory play products that have been opened, and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
We deliver to all corners of South Africa! Shipping times and costs will vary based on your location and the size of your order. Please refer to the checkout section for the delivery cost based on your order and location.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation. For remote areas, please allow additional time for delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Should you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or the recipient not being available, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
