Return Policy

At IQ Kids, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, here is how you can request a return:

1. Return Eligibility

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

• Custom-made furniture.
• Sensory play products that have been opened.
• Items on clearance or sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@iqkids.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and applied to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
